XVIVO has been driving transplantation innovation from the very beginning. One example is PERFADEX^® Plus, a patented solution for flushing and static cold storage of lungs, used by more than 90% of transplantation clinics globally.

Organ recovery as a service

Within XVIVO Services we offer an organ recovery service on the US market. XVIVO is responsible for the recovery of donor organs and through our logistics partners ensure the safe transportation of the organ to transplant clinics where the transplant is performed by the clinic’s own surgeon. By allowing a third party to recover organs, transplant clinics can focus on their patients and increase the number of transplants. Providing expertise and resources to streamline the recovery process leads to more lives being saved while also reducing costs and saving time.
