The date and time for the Annual General Meeting will is still Tuesday, March 31 at. 15:00.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>In order to safeguard the participants&#39; health, a further number of decisions have been made regarding the implementation of the company&#39;s annual general meeting. The goal is for the AGM to be short and effective to minimize the risk of spreading covid-19.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The following changes have been decided:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span><span>The AGM moves to larger premises<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span>The participation of both board members and employees will be limited.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span>The CEO&#39;s speech is canceled. Instead, a <span>pre-recorded <\/span>video presentation will be available on the company&#39;s website (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xvivoperfusion.com\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>www.xvivoperfusion.com<\/span><\/a><span>) after the closing of the AGM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span><span><span>No ingestion or beverages will be offered in conjunction with the AGM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><span>\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/span><\/span><span><span>Fewer participants, greater distances, shorter time and less interaction are all considered to contribute to a significantly reduced risk of transmission.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span>Shareholders who are ill, have recently resided in a risk area or belong to a risk group should not participate, but can vote via proxy.
