Due to the listing on the main market, XVIVO Perfusion will be delisted from Nasdaq First North Premier. The last day of trading on Nasdaq First North Premier is planned to be on Friday, 25 November 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>XVIVO Perfusion\u2019s shares will be traded under the same ticker symbol as before, i.e. \u201cXVIVO\u201d. The share will also remain the same ISIN code as used before, i.e. SE0004840718. No new shares are issued in connection with the listing and shareholders in XVIVO Perfusion do not need to take any action in connection hereto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>For further information, please refer to the prospectus (in Swedish) prepared in connection with the listing on the main market which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
