XVIVO Perfusion AB's share warrant program 2015\/2017 is fully subscribed. A total of 215,000 warrants with the right to subscribe for new shares were issued. Each warrant has in June 2017 the right to subscribe for one new share at a price of SEK 60.92.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The annual shareholder meeting April 23, 2015 approved the warrant program of a maximum of 215,000 warrants to be offered to all employees in XVIVO Perfusion AB. Upon full exercise of the warrants, the share capital increase is SEK 5,500 corresponding to a dilution of about 1 percent of the total number of shares and votes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
