Installation and training will take place during the month of February in both these clinics.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><span>XVIVO Perfusion\u2019s XPS\u2122 has been approved by FDA in the USA for the evaluation of marginal lungs before lung transplantation and has received a CE mark in Europe. XPS\u2122 is used with good clinical results at leading clinics in the USA and there is already one at a clinic in Asia. In Europe, EVLP using STEEN Solution\u2122 was previously done manually, in other words without XPS\u2122. Access to XPS\u2122 enables EVLP to be standardized and simplified. There is now great interest in XPS\u2122 in both the USA and in Europe. Further university hospitals in Europe and the USA plan to start using EVLP (lung evaluation) combined with XPS\u2122 and STEEN Solution\u2122.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe first XPS\u2122 for Europe is an important milestone for XVIVO Perfusion and we are very pleased that Europe is now part of the expansion of EVLP using XPS\u2122 and STEEN Solution\u2122.
