THIRD QUARTER 2014 (JUL \u2013 SEP)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u2022 Net sales in the quarter amounted to SEK 22.4 (16.8) million, corresponding to an increase of 34 percent.
\u2022 Net sales for consumables in the quarter amounted to SEK 21.0 (16.8) million, corresponding to an increase of 25 percent in SEK. Sales for consumables increased by 18 percent in local currency.
\u2022 Operating income before depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 3.4 (3.8) million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 15 percent.
\u2022 Net income amounted to SEK 1.5 (1.6) million, resulting in earnings per share of SEK 0.07 (0.08).
\u2022 Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 4.3 (-1.5) million.
\u2022 Products for warm perfusion (STEEN Solution\u2122 and products related to the use of the XPS\u2122) accounted for 25 (13) percent of total consumables sales.
\u2022 The FDA granted marketing approval for XPS\u2122 and STEEN Solution\u2122, allowing STEEN Solution\u2122, XPS\u2122 and the accompanying single-use products to be sold in the US.
\u2022 XVIVO Perfusion\u2019s share warrant program 2014\/2016, which was offered to employees, was fully subscribed.
\u2022 XVIVO Perfusion completed a share issue through a private placement of SEK 73 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

THE PERIOD 2014 (JAN \u2013 SEP)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u2022 Net sales in the period amounted to SEK 59.2 (48.9) million, corresponding to an increase of 21 percent.
\u2022 Net sales for consumables in the period amounted to SEK 57.7 (48.9) million, corresponding to an increase of 18 percent in SEK. Sales for consumables increased by 14 percent in local currency.
\u2022 Operating income before depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to SEK 8.3 (10.0) million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 14 percent.
\u2022 Net income amounted to SEK 4.1 (5.7) million, resulting in earnings per share of SEK 0.20 (0.29).
\u2022 Cash flow from operating activities was SEK 1.7 (6.4) million.
\u2022 Products for warm perfusion (STEEN Solution\u2122 and products related to the use of the XPS\u2122) accounted for 24 (14) percent of total consumables sales. XPS\u2122 (Xvivo Perfusion System) received a CE mark, allowing XPS\u2122 and the accompanying single-use products to be sold in Europe.
\u2022 The FDA approved marketing approval for XPS\u2122 and STEEN Solution\u2122, allowing STEEN Solution\u2122, XPS\u2122 and the accompanying single-use products to be sold in the US.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
