One such patent thus covered by XVIVO Perfusion\u2019s exclusive rights is the patent protecting Vivoline Medical\u2019s planned product SS2, a solution for reconditioning and evaluating lungs before transplantation. Vivoline Medical\u2019s products Heartadex 1 and 2 are protected by patents and patent applications that also are covered by XVIVO Perfusion\u2019s rights, in accordance with the information given in Vivoline Medical\u2019s memorandum from April 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Magnus Nilsson, XVIVO Perfusion\u2019s CEO states: \u201cXVIVO Perfusion takes a serious view of this and will take action against violations of its intellectual property rights.
