We are now hiring a Field Service and Test Engineer with key responsibilities to support the commercial team and our customers in use of XVIVO machines globally with a focus on Europe.
As a Field Service and Test Engineer at XVIVO you will be engaged in the following activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Managing, performing, and documenting preventive and corrective maintenance on our devices in the field.
• Managing, performing, and documenting the root cause analysis and repair process of devices the field.
• Defining, performing, and documenting in-house verification and validation tests on new products or product updates.
• Answering to customer questions/calls and helping them through our ‘help-desk’
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE:
• Previous experience as service and test engineer with a technical background (e.g. electro-mechanical engineering or comparable).
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree is preferred, at least intermediate vocational training (e.g. MBO-electro) is required.
• Passion for the medical device field.
• Excellent analytical skills in understanding and interpreting complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Proven English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel (~ 50%) and in possession of driving license.
