We are now looking to strengthen the finance team with a business-oriented Finance Director who will play a key role in developing financial processes and business support as the company continues to grow. As Finance Director you report to CFO and manage three highly professional and dedicated direct reports: Group Accounting Manager with a team of eight, and two Business Controllers, all three based in Mölndal.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set strategic objectives for business control and business support.
  • Follow-up on financial lead KPI’s.
  • Lead budget/forecast process.
  • Drive ERP development agenda.
  • Prepare management reports.
  • Lead finance team meetings and agendas.
  • Participate in Audit Committee meetings.
  • Lead external audits together with Group Accounting Manager.
  • International travel requirement.

We see that you should possess a minimum of 10 years of work experience within Finance/Business control, along with demonstrated leadership skills. A significant business control background is essential and experience in an international company, particularly within manufacturing, is preferred.

Demonstrated experience in driving change in a growing company or market is highly valued, as well as strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Experience in rolling forecast methodologies is an advantage as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The role may require occasional global travel, and fluency in both English and Swedish is necessary.
