Customer Support and Distribution Specialist
About The Position
- Order handling and customer support from order to shipment
- Picking-Packing-Shipping of XVIVO products (Internal and External)
- Inventory and materials control including goods receipt and incoming inspection
- Freight handling
- Trade compliance
- Drive continuous improvements to achieve an efficient Order to Delivery Process
Requirements
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED?
- Bachelor ́s degree with 3 years of experience in the field of customer support and logistics or related field
- Experience of working with Sales & Marketing and external customers
- Customer focused and performance driven
- Structured
- Excellent interpersonal skills; team-oriented relationship builder and non-prestigious
- Ability to work independent and as part of a team
- Strong drive for efficiency improvements
WHAT SKILLS WOULD BE HELPFUL?
- Experience from working with medical devices
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Pay or Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
- Other Compensation: Short Term Incentive Program
