Kidney Assist™ at a glance
- Flexible temperature-controlled perfusion from 12-37oC.

Principles of operation
1. Kidney reservoir: dedicated chamber giving access to the perfused kidney while keeping it protected and humid.
2. Pulsatile perfusion: mimicking physiological circumstances, the renal artery is perfused with a pulsatile flow.
3. Oxygenation: oxygen/gas exchange via a separate hollow fiber oxygenator.
4. Monitoring & sampling: Integrated sensors monitor real time flows, pressures and temperatures. Direct sampling options for analysis of perfusate.
